Please Register, Call, or Email for help with any questions or to Set Up Showings.

The Loop is arguably the most prominent of the downtown community areas due to its location in the center of Chicago, its iconic buildings, and its position as the seat of government for Chicago and Cook County.  It's also home to Chicago's historic theater and shopping district and is newly recognized as one of the fastest growing residential communities in the state.

Streeterville is a neighborhood directly north of the Loop. It is bounded by the Chicago River on the south, the Magnificent Mile portion of Michigan Avenue on the west, and Lake Michigan on the north and east.  It is known for its hotels, restaurants, residential highrises, universities, medical facilities, professional office centers, cultural venues, and Navy Pier (Illinois' #1Tourist destination).

The Magnificent Mile, sometimes referred to as The Mag Mile, is a prestigious section of Chicago's Michigan Avenue, running from the Chicago River on the north edge of the Loop to Oak Street. It is primarily known for it's upscale shopping and luxury residences.  It also serves as the western boundary of the Streeterville neighborhood. The district is located one block east of Rush Street, which is known for its nightlife.

The Gold Coast Historic District is a mixture of mansions, row houses, and residential high-rises. It is roughly bounded by North Avenue, Lake Shore Drive, Oak Street, and Clark Street. The area stands alone among Chicago’s downtown neighborhoods in its almost exclusively residential character, offering an instant ”at home” experience with great, vintage architecture side-by-side with the newer buildings.

River North is immediately north of the Chicago Loop. It is bordered by the Chicago River on the south and west, with Division Street on the north, and Michigan Ave. on the east. It hosts the largest concentration of art galleries in the United States outside of Manhattan.River North has experienced vast changes in recent years, including the development of residential highrise buildings, nightclubs, and restaurants. River North has become one of Chicago's top neighborhoods for nightlife and tourism.

Old Town is considered an affluent and historic neighborhood. It was originally settled in the mid 19th century by German-Catholic immigrants and is home to St. Michael's Church, originally a Bavarian-built church, and one of 7 to survive the path of the Great Chicago Fire.Old Town is bordered on the north by Armitage Avenue, on the South by Division Street, on the east by Clark Street and on the west by Orleans Street. It is at the north end of Chicago’s downtown and 40 years ago it was one of the city’s first areas to be gentrified. Shopping in Old Town is a unique experience; the majority of shops in this neighborhood are boutiques rather than well-known chain stores.
